Sample Policies

Sample requests with in the same 30 day period:

• Many samples are free of charge. The lower the item price the more likely it is available at no charge, otherwise in most cases samples are sold at the last column price. Additional samples of the same item in another color are also sold at the last column price, even if the first sample was at no charge.
• Free shipping allowance. The first $15.00 of shipping cost is provided free of charge. Any un-used shipping allowance will be used to reduce the cost of your sample order.
• Samples are shipped directly from our suppliers. Samples from different suppliers will incur additional shipping costs.
• Un-less you request otherwise, samples are shipped via the best way available from our supplier.
• In most cases, you may provide a shipper account number and your shipping cost will be third party billed. This option is not available from all of our vendors. The shipping allowance can not be used to offset third party shipping costs, but will be applied to reduce the cost of your samples.
• Most sample deliver in 5 working days or less, but can sometimes take much longer! Before ordering a sample, we recommend you check if the date you expect to recieve the sample, will leave enough lead time for the product to be produced and shipped by your in-hands date.

Sample Returns:

• All samples provided free of charge are yours to keep.
• Some items can be returned for a full or partial refund - policies vary by item, please inquire.
• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Random Verses Blank Samples:

• Free samples may or may not have a random imprint. You can request a sample be blank, with an imprint, or choose an available color for the sample. In most cases, samples are provided as requested, however we do not guarantee these requests.
• Paid samples are shipped blank. If requested, and if available, a paid for sample can have a random imprint.

Samples with your imprint:

• Are available for most items. Charges vary. Please request a quote.
• In most cases, a large part or all of a custom imprinted samples cost is applied toward the price of your order. This only applies if the imprint does not change.
